Synopsis:

It’s 1992, and the miners of Grimley Colliery are facing uncertainty. Not only is their pit under threat, but the Grimley Colliery Band is on the verge of breaking up - that is, until Gloria (Tara Fitzgerald) arrives.

As the only female member of the band, she somehow manages to rekindle their enthusiasm for the forthcoming National Championship, as well as rekindling a childhood romance with Andy (Ewan McGregor).

The Stocking Scenes:

Tara Fitzgerald stars in this film about a brass band in a small Yorkshire Mining Village. The pit (Mine) is due for closure and Tara is part of the team shutting it down, she also joins the pits brass band. In a few scenes you get a glimpse of her stocking tops at the back of her short and very tight skirt, but the best scene in the film has to be when she is in the office talking to her boss and as she turns to face the camera you can clearly see her suspender straps and bumps showing through her very tight black skirt.
